We would like to inform you that, in connection with the commencement of preparations for the implementation of the electronic employee file (e-file) system (including the verification of employee documentation, sorting, scanning and cataloguing of documents), from 27 April 2026 until the project is fully implemented, the JU Centre for Human Resources will provide in-person services on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Tuesdays and Thursdays will remain internal working days, with no in-person services available to employees.

In urgent matters, please contact the relevant staff members of the Centre directly.

The implementation of the electronic employee file system at the Jagiellonian University is a major and time-consuming undertaking, but it is also of great importance to all staff and will streamline document circulation in the future.

We kindly ask for your understanding during this period and request that you plan your visits accordingly and submit documents in advance, which will enable us to handle your matters efficiently on the above-mentioned service days.
